Canceling Renewal
Cancel through the platform that currently bills the subscription. Cancellation stops future renewal. Unless the billing platform states otherwise, access continues until the end of the paid subscription period.
Manage Apple subscriptions at Apple subscription management. Manage Google Play subscriptions at Google Play subscription management. For a web subscription, use the manage-subscription link in the Paddle receipt or visit Paddle buyer support.
Web Purchases Through Paddle
Paddle is the merchant of record and authorized reseller for Kamu web purchases. Paddle processes the payment, provides buyer support, and handles returns and refunds.
Web refund eligibility follows the Paddle Refund Policy and applicable mandatory consumer law. Request a refund from the receipt or subscription-management link, or visit Paddle buyer support. Approved refunds are returned through Paddle to the original payment method when possible.

Apple App Store Purchases
Apple controls refund eligibility and processing for purchases billed by the App Store. Submit an Apple refund request or review a purchase at Apple purchase support.
Google Play Purchases
Google controls refund eligibility and processing for purchases billed by Google Play. Review the current request process at Google Play refund support. Google may also direct requests made after its initial window to the app developer.
Access After a Refund or Revocation
A completed refund, charge reversal, or provider revocation can end Kamu Tales Pro access before the original expiration date. Canceling renewal without a refund normally leaves access active through the paid period.
Provider decisions and non-waivable consumer rights take priority over this summary. We do not promise prorated refunds outside the billing platform decision or applicable law.
Delivery Problems and Contact
If a completed purchase is missing from the same TAuth identity, use restore or refresh first, then email support@mprlab.com. Include the purchase platform and safe transaction metadata, but do not email payment-card details or account passwords.
